What do you like to do when you are not working? What do you do for fun?

I play in a pool league of all women and queer people, which is by far the best setting I’ve ever played pool in. I love seeing live music whether it’s a jazz band at the green mill, or local DJs at different venues in the city. The beach is my happy place, so I love going to the lake, even when it’s cold! I am really blessed to have a great community of folks and I love spending time with my friends and family.

What are you excited about? What is your passion? What do you want to learn more about?

My passion is working with identity-based trauma such as gender- or race-related traumatic stress. I am deeply passionate about creating connection where there has been so much harm and disconnection. I love working with my fellow LGBTQIA2+ community!

What do you like about being a therapist?

I love that being a therapist means you are learning for the rest of your career and life. I love that it allows me to witness one of the most incredible things we can do, which is to heal.

What’s your “go to” creative or restorative outlet?

Playing pool and doing puzzles!

If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
