We Are Hiring!

We are excited to find the right person to join our team! We are looking for the right person to join our community.  At CTC, we view clients from a holistic perspective and take a mind/body/spirit approach in the therapy room. As a practice, we utilize a feminist, relational, strength-based, collaborative approach in our work and are looking for a therapist who shares these values.  Our clinicians integrate mindfulness, meditation, movement, creative/expressive therapies, and somatic approaches in their work and we are seeking a therapist who is trained in and/or is interested in learning more about these approaches.

This job is a great fit for a motivated, relational, and team-oriented therapist who would like to grow as a clinician in a supportive community that has a focus on relationship-building, lifelong learning, and training.

We are looking for a candidate who is skilled at developing authentic, caring connections with clients and colleagues. An ideal candidate is someone who appreciates a balance of autonomy and connection.  We are looking for someone who is independently motivated and eager with an openness to learning, growing and doing their own work.  We expect our team members to have the capacity to show up authentically and allow humility and vulnerability with clients, team members and community members. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the ideal candidate is one who knows we cannot do this important work alone and recognizes that healing occurs in the context of relationship and community.

This role will require the clinician to work primarily in-person at our office, with availability for remote work for a hybrid schedule. Clinicians work hours are based on client need and availability, which typically includes evenings and/or weekends.
