Individual Therapy

We believe Individual Therapy is a powerful healing tool that can positively impact individuals, relationships, families, and communities. Participating in Individual Therapy can assist clients in not only in alleviating pain and distress, but being engaged in therapy can also enrich one’s sense of meaning, connection, and purpose in life. Clients can increase their ability to understand and express their feelings, heal from past experiences, gain new perspectives on past life events and/or current relationships, improve their life satisfaction, and clarify their dreams for the future.

We take a relational and strength-based approach to our work with clients.
