What specific modalities do you practice and are you certified?

My work as a therapist is guided by a sense of curiosity, attunement, and an understanding of the impacts of trauma on the individual. I am theoretically influenced by self psychology and object relations theories. I believe the individual in treatment is the expert in their experiences. As a result, they set the tempo for treatment. As a therapist I aim to support the individual as they explore and build their identities.
