Elise Cieloha – Director of Outreach (she/her)

I am delighted to be the Director of Outreach at Centered Therapy Chicago. I’m a deep believer in the power of therapy to help people heal, grow, and make impactful changes in their lives. I have over 20 years of experience in administrative, project management, and client-focused roles, and am passionate about helping people access resources that can improve their quality of life.

• When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, hiking, exploring new places (whether close to home or far away), seeing live music, and the joy of shared laughter. 

 

Erin Szott – Practice Assistant (she/her)

I enjoy my work at CTC because of the amazing work environment and the opportunity to help clients. As the Practice Assistant, I support our Practice Manager, Intake Coordinator and therapists with the administrative aspects of their jobs. My focus is assisting with billing/insurance and supporting our Intake Team with the onboarding of new clients. I also support our CTC Training Center with all events that we sponsor.

• Something that you may not know about me: I love to bowl!

 

Maria Dimond – Practice Manager (She/Her)

I love my role as Practice Manager because I am relatively new to the world of mental health and I am always learning something new. In my role, I focus on various aspects of CTC’s billing, insurance, administrative and office operations. I support all members of CTC on topics ranging from billing / insurance, business analysis, employment questions, etc.

• Something you might not know about me: My first job was working the rides at an amusement park.
