Education and Credentials
Who are you and what do you like about working at CTC?
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the Clinical Director at Centered Therapy Chicago. I have worked at CTC since 2015. In addition to my clinical work with clients, I provide clinical supervision to our practicum students and clinicians. I am interested in ongoing education, training, and supporting clinicians in their growth. I enjoy being part of a community of therapists who share the same values around their professional growth and helping clients.
How do you describe who you work with and how you practice?
As a therapist, I highly value the relationship I have with my clients and believe it to be a foundation for our work together. I work with my clients to build our relationship and connection, to allow for safety and to support clients in their healing. I am a trauma-informed therapist who works from a feminist-relational model. I utilize a strengths-based approach and integrate mindfulness techniques and humor when appropriate. I believe that therapy is a space for clients to engage in self-reflection, personal growth, and healing. I appreciate the process of therapy and the change I observe in clients. I view therapy as a lifelong growth experience and form of self-care that clients may connect with at different points of their life.
Who do you work with?
I primarily work with emerging adults and adults. I enjoy working with adults who are experiencing relationship issues, life transitions, and distress related to anxiety or depression. I also work with clients with a history of trauma including developmental and complex trauma and clients who are experiencing grief.
I have significant experience working with young children and their families and enjoy working with adult clients on parenting issues and parent-child relationships. I maintain a small caseload of child and adolescent clients but my primary clinical focus is working with adults.

As a NARM-informed professional, I look forward to continuing to integrate this practice into my clinical work with clients. In addition to growing as a clinician, I am interested in learning more about my growth as a supervisor and I enjoy supporting other clinicians in their personal, clinical, and professional development.
