What are you excited about? What is your passion? What do you want to learn more about?

I am passionate about finding ways that we can make mental wellness more accessible to everyone. I love supporting people on their own paths through therapy, and I love to imagine a world in which people’s emotional well-being is supported across all areas of their life. In other words, I am motivated to learn more about prevention methods and promotion of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. To this end, I have been very interested in exploring how systematic (or society-level) influences shape us and how we can use that knowledge to create a better, more peaceful world.

What do you do for self-care?

I spend my self-care time finding ways to move my body. I enjoy casual running (when it is the season for me), weightlifting, and doing yoga. I have also really enjoyed trying other forms of movement, such as learning to ice skate and trying aerial arts classes. When I am not moving my body, I like finding new recipes, listening to new music (I love neo-soul, hip hop, jazz, R&B, and more), and spending time with my loved ones by the lake.
